Cormina está indicado para el tratamiento de pacientes con un cancer locál avanzado o metastásico de células no pequeñas de cáncer de pulmón (NSCLC) con EGFR
mutaciones activas.
Cormina también está indicado como monoterapia para el tratamiento de mantenimiento de pacientes con un cancer local avanzado o metastásico NSCLC con una enfermedad estable después de 4 ciclos de la quimioterapia normal de primera línea con contenido de platino.
Cormina también está indicado para el tratamiento de pacientes con CPNM localmente avanzado o
NSCLC metastásico tras el fracaso de al menos un tratamiento previo de quimioterapia.

Cormina wird als Erste-Linie-Behandlung eingesetzt, bei Patienten mit örtlich verbreitetem oder metastasiertem, nicht klein-zelligem Lungenkrebs (NSCLC) mit EGFR aktivierenden Mutationen.
Cormina wird ebenfalls als Monotherapie für eine Wartungsbehandlung angewendet, bei Patienten mit örtlich verbreitetem oder metastasiertem NSCLC, deren Erkrankung nach 4 Zyklen einer Standard-Platin enthaltenden Erste-Linie-Chemotherapie, stabil ist.
Cormina wird auch für die Behandlung von Patienten mit örtlich verbreitetem oder metastiertem NSCLC, nach dem Nichtanklingen von mindestens einer vorherigen Chemotherapie, angewandt.

Cormina convient aussi en tant que monothérapie pour le traitement d‘entretien des patients souffrant de CPNPC avancée avec une maladie stable après 4 cycles de chimiothérapie de première ligne contenant de la platine standard.
